Made to order
Every piece is printed and sewn once you order it, which keeps us from overproducing. Production usually takes 3-7 business days before your parcel ships.
Shipping
We ship across Canada and internationally. Rates and taxes are calculated at checkout. Canadian orders typically arrive in 5-10 business days, international orders in 10-21 business days depending on customs. Payments are processed by Stripe - we never see or store your card details, and the only information we keep is what we need to fulfill and support your order.
Returns & exchanges
Because items are made to order we can't accept change-of-mind returns, but anything that arrives damaged, flawed, or wrong will be replaced or refunded. Email us within 30 days of delivery at shop@fourthfloorfilm.com with your order reference and a photo.
